At Delgado we have been dedicated to the hospitality and food sector for over 50 years. Thanks to hard work and effort, we have managed to become a benchmark in the gourmet sector.

In 1999, the artisanal preserves brand La Brújula was founded, recognized as a “Jewel of Gastronomy” by Alimentaria Premium. The track record we already had in the canning industry allowed Grupo Delgado to create a solid brand that soon managed to differentiate itself in the sector. A rigorous classification of raw materials, combined with an elaborate artisanal process, have been key to achieving undisputed leadership in the sector. With La Brújula we began to export and participate in the most important national and international fairs.
