La Brujula Supreme tuna belly in Olive Oil - Suprema de ventresca de atun - L (LB65)

Description:   Our Spanish Tuna are caught  sustainably from the Galician estuaries of northern Spain, each tunal is individually cleaned and cut before being steamed and later gently poached in premium olive oil. Each tuna is then packed individually by hand together with the poaching liquid into their iconic La Brújula’s tins and sleeves before being air flown straight to Singapore.

Taste: Each tuna is melt in your mouth, and full of rich briny flavour. The olive oil and brine also gives it an additional layer of seafood flavour and smokiness which is unique to Galician cuisine.

How to prepare: The tuna is ready to eat right out of the tin with minimum or nothing additional needed! That being said, they go best with nicely toasted bread, a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of sea salt accompanied by a nice bottle of sake or Spanish wine!
