Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to your doorstep as per your selected date and timeslot. Our delivery service will call your number as indicated in your delivery details and wait 10 minutes before leaving.

 

Is delivery free?

Delivery will be free for purchases of $100 and above. For orders below $100, there will be a flat fee of $12

 

When do you deliver?

Most of our deliveries are done on Tuesdays, Fridays and occasionally on Wednesdays. Our deliveries start from 9.30am onwards.

Delivery Times:

  • 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Can I change my delivery address/date/timeslot?

Yes. Kindly drop us an email at contact@shiki.sg or give us a call at +65 62970680.

 

What happens if I'm not at home?

If no one is available to collect the goods upon delivery, the goods will be left outside the stated address, unless otherwise specified. If there is no proper place to leave the goods, they will then be sent back to our main office where you will have to come down to collect.

 

Can I pick up my order from your office?

Not at the moment, but we are working on making it possible in the future.

 

How will my order be packed and handled?

Your order will be packed and handled by our dedicated team of Seafood packers in Singapore and Japan. We will pack to your specifications and ensure you receive your ingredients in top condition. You can add your specifications under the "notes" section when you place your order.

 

How long will my order stay fresh in the delivery boxes?

Your ingredients will stay fresh in our delivery boxes for at least 2-3 hours.
