All products are delivered in Chilled or Frozen condition. We pack each item in premium Styrofoam boxes and ice packs. If you do with to return them to us just let our drivers know and they will collect them back from you at delivery.

Sashimi Grade Yari Ika (Spear Squid ヤリイカ)
Yari Ika is a mainstay in most Japanese restaurants because of its texture and abundance. It is famed for its amazing flavour and texture both as sashimi or cooked, with an amazing bite when eaten raw while melting in your mouth when grilled.
- Texture: firm and bouncy;
- Taste: clean and light;
- Colour: translucent white;
- Weight: ~350-450g per squid;
- Per box: ~1kg (~2-3 squid per box); and
- Recommended: sashimi, broiled or grilled.
