Our Spanish John Dory is caught off the famed coasts of Galicia and air-flown specially into Singapore by our trusted team. Each Piece is wild caught and individually quick frozen on board to keep its freshness to its utmost best. The John Dory is a Semi-fatty fish of great culinary value. It reaches its fat peak in the cold months, although it offers a very stable production cycle throughout the year.

To Defrost / To Store
- Leave in the fridge for 24 hours OR
- Leave under running water for 30min
- Do Not re-freeze after it has thawed and defrosted.
- Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
