Our Miyazaki A4 Wagyu comes from the famed wagyu ranches of Kyushu, the ranch owners take pride in raising their cattle and provide them with high quality grains, wheat, rice and fresh water from the mountains. Miyazaki prefecture is well known for its lush greenery and high quality ingredients, the nutrients of the land is given to each and every Miyazaki wagyu resulting in one of the highest grades of wagyu beef in the world!
Ribeye is usually the most used part when it comes to Japanese Shabushabu, Sukiyaki and hot pots, some people also love it for BBQ and Grill. The meat has a fat which runs through the entire steak giving you an even fat to meat ratio. The fat in the middle of the Ribeye is extremely tasty and helps to give more flavor to the whole piece of steak.
A4 Wagyu is less fatty that A5 Wagyu, however it is richer in beefy taste and flavour. The A4 Wagyu fat is well rounded and evenly spread throughout the meat, this allows for a more deper beef taste while enjoying a good amount of wagyu fat.
