Sourced directly from Hokkaido, our Ikura is (AAA grade) and is amongst the best you can find.

Fish Eggs are very high in Omega-3 fatty acids and are a rich source of Vitamin B-12. Crucial for proper brain function, Omega-3 fatty acids also helps improve eye health.

Often marinated in Shio or Tare (Soy or Salt), its bouncy texture and burst of flavour when popped in your mouth is something you would not want to miss out on! If you are tired of standard mid range Ikura, sample our best-graded Shoyo Ikura and experience the difference.

To Defrost / To Store

    1. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours OR
    2. Leave under running water for 30min
    3. Do Not re-freeze Ikura after it has thawed and defrosted.
    4. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.

Ikura is very fresh and like the fact that the 500g frozen ikura comes prepackaged in two 250g packs, giving us option to defrost each pack at separate time.
