Gindara marinated in mirin is one of the most popular dishes in the whole of Japan. Thanks to its versatility to last through the winter months, Gindara has become a mainstay in Japanese cuisine. Gindara is lightly marinated in sake to give off its amazing flavour and aroma. This fish is amazing on the BBQ or just grilling on a hot pan.
