Trout ikura is different compared to Salmon ikura in a few ways:
Trout ikura is relatively smaller than Salmon ikura
Trout ikura has a thinner skin so it pops easier in the mouth
Trout ikura has a more fishier and gamier taste compared to Salmon

To Defrost / To Store
Leave in the fridge for 24 hours OR
Leave under running water for 30min
Do Not re-freeze Ikura after it has thawed and defrosted.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
