Simple well cooked Tendeloin topped off with creamy and sweet Bafun Uni, all the ingredients you need for an amazing Mothers day dinner! What more could a mother ask for. 

Our Bafun or Murasaki uni is freshly harvested by hand off the coasts of Hokkaido by our dedicated team of fishermen and women. The uni is then individually sorted by hand and graded, before being packed and flown to Singapore. Our uni has a sweet chestnut-ty profile, is creamy and light.Texture: firm;

Our Tenderloin steaks helm from the famed Argentinian mountain ranches, there the cattle are given a diet right in minerals and vitamins resulting in a melt in your mouth tenderloin experience. 
Unlike other tenderloins, you will also see a good amount of marbling running throughout the meat. This helps to give that extra burst of umami needed that only this particular piece can provide.
