Premium Aori Ika Ear (also known as squid fin or wing) harvested from Aori Ika (Bigfin Reef Squid). The ear section is prized for its firm, springy texture and rich squid flavor, making it popular in Japanese cuisine for sashimi, grilling, teppanyaki, tempura, and stir-fried dishes.

Compared to the squid body, the ear offers a slightly firmer bite and retains excellent texture after cooking, making it a favorite ingredient among sushi chefs and seafood restaurants.
