A4 Wagyu Striploin - Half Steak Cut (200g) - Miyazaki

Premium A4-grade Wagyu striploin from Hokkaido, prized for its beautifully balanced marbling and robust beef character. Cut to a nice 200g steaks, it delivers a perfect contrast between a caramelised seared crust and a tender, juicy centre. The cold climate of Hokkaido contributes to clean, well-developed flavours with a rich umami depth and a smooth, buttery finish. Best enjoyed simply seasoned and expertly grilled to highlight its natural elegance and luxurious texture.

Hokkaido Wagyu
Produced in Japan’s northernmost island, Hokkaido Wagyu is shaped by a cool climate, wide natural pastures, and exceptionally clean water sources. These conditions create cattle with well-developed muscle structure and finely balanced marbling, resulting in beef that is both rich and remarkably clean on the palate. Compared to more intensely fatty Wagyu regions, Hokkaido Wagyu is often perceived as more structured and refined, offering a deep umami flavour, gentle sweetness, and a smooth, lingering finish without being overly heavy. It is especially well-suited for steak cuts and grilled preparations where texture and beef character can stand out.

A4 Wagyu has more meat to fat ratio compared to our A4 Wagyu, this means that it has a stronger wagyu beef fat flavor profile. For those who LOVE good mix of fatty and meaty beef like we do, this is a must buy must try item!

To Defrost / To Store

    1. Leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours 
    2. Leave under running water for 30min
    3. Do Not re-freeze after it has thawed and defrosted.
    4. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
