Bakka Frost Faroe Islands Salmon is the highest end salmon available from the southern waters. It is very often used in high end Sushi restaurants and Izakayas. Due to its vivid colour and creamy texture, it is the most go to Salmon for high end chefs! 

Our Salmon is Sashimi Grade and IQF, it is safe to be eaten raw, half cooked or fully cooked!
Our salmon, is soft, tender and melt in your mouth. It is also extremely delicious pan seared or oven baked with a pinch of salt and lemon.

  • Recommended: Once defrosted, consume within 1-2 days
