Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to your doorstep as per your selected date and timeslot. Please take note if you are not in. Our delivery service will call your number as indicated in your delivery details and wait 10 minutes before leaving. Thereafter the parcel will be placed in a safe and proper location (Usually at your door) All our ingredients are packed in Styrofoam box with ample ice gel packs. so even if the items are left out for a short period there should be no problem with their condition!
Is delivery free?
Delivery will be free for purchases of $100 and above. For orders below $100, there will be a flat fee of $15
When do you deliver?
Most of our deliveries are done on Tuesdays to Fridays. Our deliveries start from 2:00pm onwards.

Can I change my delivery address/date/timeslot?

What happens if I'm not at home?
If no one is available to collect the goods upon delivery, the goods will be left outside the stated address, unless otherwise specified. If there is no proper place to leave the goods, they will then be sent back to our main office where you will have to come down to collect.
All our ingredients are packed in Styrofoam box with ample ice gel packs. so even if the items are left out for a short period there should be no problem with their condition!
Can I pick up my order from your office?
Not at the moment, but we are working on making it possible in the future.
How will my order be packed and handled?
Your order will be packed and handled by our dedicated team of Seafood packers in Singapore and Japan. We will pack to your specifications and ensure you receive your ingredients in top condition. You can add your specifications under the "notes" section when you place your order.
How long will my order stay fresh in the delivery boxes?
Your ingredients will stay fresh in our delivery boxes for at least 2-3 hours.
