Note: 

Our Uni is flown in freshly 4 times a week from Japan, The uni can be kept for 5 days after delivery but in the fridge at 0-5 degrees. 

Ikura Comes frozen and can be kept in the freezer for at least 2-3 months. To eat, slowly defrost it in your fridge overnight or run it over tap water sealed for 30 minutes. 
Ikura once defrosted can be kept for 2-3 days. 

Shoyu, Nori & Wasabi can be kept in the fridge or out ambient for long as long as it is within the designated expiry date.
