Our Mediterranean Huelva White Shrimp are caught of the famed coasts of Huelva. They have a long and streamline shape, with long whiskers and a snowy white color which is sometimes pink. Our Huelva white shrimp are caught and immediately deep frozen on board the ships before being repacked and air flown to Singapore.
Our Huelva White Shrimp are best boiled and lightly salted or deep fried and finished with lemon or as a topping on paella or a casual toast dish!
