To Defrost / To Store

1. Quickly wash and leave in the fridge for 4-5 hours; 
2. Do Not refreeze after it has thawed and defrosted;
3. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and best to consume on the day.

　急速冷凍にて旨みを閉じ込めておりますので、獲れたての鮮度を楽しんでいただけます。もちろん「お刺身」以外でも、かにしゃぶや鍋もの、焼きがに、天ぷらなどいろいろなお料理で本ズワイガニの魅力をご堪能いただけます。

美味しく食べる方法

• 表面には氷の膜がついています。さっと流水で洗い流してください。※長時間流すと、本来の旨みも流れてしまうのであくまでも表面を２〜３分ほどで流してください。
• 冷蔵庫にいれ、半日ほどかけゆっくりと解凍してください。
• 一度解凍されたら、再冷凍はご遠慮ください。一度開封されたらできるだけ早めにお召し上がりください。
