Shiki’s oysters are flown direct from Japan.

The oysters are grown off the coastlines of japan until they are the perfect size. The Oyster farmers harvest these oysters individually cleaned and brushed before being IQF frozen them to maintain the sashimi grade and its freshness.

• Taste: Salty, briny with a somewhat sweet ending;
• Colour: Pearl White.

Sashimi Oyster is best eaten with/as

• Sushi Rice
• Kaisen Don
• Seaweed
• Cold Pasta
• As a salty element in any dish!

To Defrost / To Store

1. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours OR
2. Leave under running water for 30min
3. Do Not re-freeze  after it has thawed and defrosted.
4. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

• 冷凍殻つき牡蠣；

解凍方法：

袋から出して、ゴムバンドは外さず流水解凍をお勧めします。冷蔵庫での解凍は、袋のままで半日ほどで解凍できます。

開封・解凍後はできるだけ早めにお召し上がりください。一度解凍した牡蠣は再度冷凍はしないでください。
