Shiki’s Ikura is flown direct from Japan. 

Sourced directly from Hokkaido, our Ikura is (AAA grade) and is amongst the best you can find. 

Salmon ikura is different compared to Trout ikura in a few ways:

• Salmon ikura is relatively larger in size compared to Trout ikura
• Salmon ikura has a thicker skin so it pops better in the mouth
• Salmon ikura  has more briny taste

Fish Eggs are very high in Omega-3 fatty acids and are a rich source of Vitamin B-12. Crucial for proper brain function, Omega-3 fatty acids also helps improve eye health.

To Defrost / To Store

1. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours OR
2. Leave under running water for 30min
3. Do Not re-freeze Ikura after it has thawed and defrosted.
4. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
