Freshly hand picked sea urchins from the Seas of Hokkaido, Japan by our dedicated team of fishermen and women.
Freshly caught Murasaki uni has a vibrant yellow tint with a soft but creamy texture and a sweet undertones. Its taste is much cleaner and less briny compared to the other unis. This makes it the perfect uni for people new to uni who are keen to experience the taste profile that uni offers.
