Our negitoro comes from the high quality Japanese Tuna farmed in the southern Kyushu waters. It consists of high quality sashimi grade tuna meat finely minced and vacuum packed. 

Mix is with spring onions, wrap it in a seaweed roll, or put it in your favorite rice dish to make everyone's most delicious negitoro bowl. The possibilities and combinations are limitless !!!

To Defrost / To Store

1. Leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours 
2. Leave under running water for 30min
3. Do Not re-freeze after it has thawed and defrosted.
4. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
