Our Salmon belly is caught in Norway and flown to Japan to be processed and packed. This Salmon is widely used in all the Izakayas in Japan and Singapore. They are easy to prepare and even easier to eat, simply season with salt and pepper then pop them in the oven or on the grill ! This is a treat not to be missed!
The King salmon Belly has a very high fat content and is high in omega-3.
Our salmon, is soft, tender and melt in your mouth. It is also extremely delicious pan seared or oven baked with a pinch of salt and lemon.
