Our Premium Japanese Snow crab legs are caught and processed in the northern regions of Hokkaido, Canada & Alaska. They are all flash frozen to maintain the highest level of freshness and air-flown straight to your doorstep. These legs are RAW for your cooking preference!
The Snow crab legs are extremely sweet and flaky, they are easy to cook and even easier to eat. Get your hands one on now and you will definitely not be disappointed. Our Snow crab legs are already half cut so they are ready to eat once cooked.

Steam of cook for 5-8 minutes after full defrosts and get ready to get your hands dirty!
To Defrost / To Store
- Steam or cook directly from Frozen
- Leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight
- Leave under running water for 30min
- Do Not re-freeze after it has thawed and defrosted.
- Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

We chose the 400g platter because it is perfect for a party of 2-4 people, it is very easy to cook and even easier to eat! Our Snow crab Legs are Great for steamboat, shabu shabu, King Crab clay pot rice, Tanghoon/bee hoon, Steamed over egg white, in the oven, on the grill or just simply steamed with huadiao or mirin. Other cooking ideas include lightly grilling the king crab legs over charcoal with brown butter sauce or the easiest method Steaming and chilling in the fridge.
