Yaesen Okinawa Pineapple Chinese New Year "Huat" Wine 500ml, Our Yaesen Pineapple Wine is an authentic wine made by carefully fermenting the juice of pineapples grown in Okinawa Prefecture. It has a moderate sweetness and the bitterness and astringency that is unique to wine. It is refreshing and delicious when chilled. Founded in 1955, Yaesen Brewery has become world renown for its brewing and ingenuity. Hachijosen is known for its blend of tradition and innovation ,exemplified by its combination of traditional Ishigaki Island brewing methods, such as the traditional direct-pot distillation method,
passed down since ancient times, and industry-leading long-term aging in Western-style barrels . The company produces awamori made from rice harvested on Ishigaki Island and Habu sake made with the red viper snakes that inhabit the island.
