Daiyame 40 Shochu Liqueur 700ml
Daiyame shochu is widely known for its lychee and rose aromatics. The secret behind the gorgeous, punchy lychee aromas that fill the mouth is Hamada Syuzou's unique koujuku method. Carefully selected satsuma im (sweet potato) with amplified aromas (koujuku-imo), pure water and black koi are combined to produce an aromatic shochu with a firm structure and clean finish, the perfect flavour profile for a cocktail base.
