Yamasa Konbu Sauce, Multipurpose Dipping Sauce 300ml
Yamasa Konbu Tsuyu is a multipurpose sauce used throughout kitchens in JAPAN, YAMASA being a household name also has a proven track record of good quality and taste! Konbu Tsuyu is made with Kelp which is rich in Umami, the kelp provides a level of sweetness and flavour to the soy sauce that is very unique. The sauce is concentrated so a small bit with some water would be enough the create a rich and delicious broth.
The Konbu Tsuyu can also be used in stews, stir-fries and dressings too.
