YAMASA Kombu Tsuyu, Multipurpose Dipping Sauce 500ml
Yamasa Kombu Tsuyu is a multipurpose sauce used throughout kitchens in JAPAN, YAMASA being a household name also has a proven track record of good quality and taste! This Tsuyu is made with fresh daikon which is rich in Umami, the daikon provides a level of sweetness and flavour to the soy sauce that is very unique. The sauce is concentrated so a small bit with some water would be enough the create a rich and delicious broth.
The nama oroshi ponzu can also be used in stews, stir-fries and dressings too.

- Keep in the fridge chilled with lid closed when not in use
- Keep until expiry date listed on bottle
