New Zealand King Salmon is the highest end salmon available from the southern waters. It is very often used in high end Sushi restaurants and Izakayas. Due to its vivid colour and creamy texture, it is the most go to Salmon for high end chefs!
King salmon (Oncorhynchus tschawytscha) or Chinook salmon are the largest known Salmon in the Pacific Ocean. They are surrounded by the rich waters of New Zealand and are given all they need from the environment. This results is extremely healthy and nutritious salmon of the highest quality.
Our Salmon is Sashimi Grade and IQF, it is safe to be eaten raw, half cooked or fully cooked!
Our salmon, is soft, tender and melt in your mouth. It is also extremely delicious pan seared or oven baked with a pinch of salt and lemon.
