The King salmon Skin is very easy to use and extremely delicious, just lightly salt or season to your liking and deep fry ! You can even use the oven or air fryer to crisp them up! Cooking methods will defer but as long as you can crisp up the skin, topping it up with salted egg yolk, curry sauce or just simple salt and pepper would make an amazing snack!
