Murasaki Premium Uni (AA Grade) Facts
Freshly hand caught off the coasts of Hokkaido by our dedicated team of fishermen.
Freshly caught Murasaki Uni is a very light shade of yellow. It is balso called Shiro uni in the Toyosu markets and is famous for being much bigger in size and creamier.
The Ginjiro brand is well known throughout the world, they are well known in the chef circles and are always auctioned fiercely on for their quality uni in Toyosu.
A half box uni is more than enough to feed a group of 2, or 1 really big uni lover!

Bafun Uni is best eaten with/as:
