Description: Our Tuna belly in olive oil is selected from premium tuna of the highest quality and smallest size of the Yellowfin breed, yellowfin or light tuna variety. The Tuna are caught processed, cleaned and canned in one go, this helps to maintain the flavour of the tuna and helps to preserve the tuna fat very well !
Taste: The Tuna is melt in your mouth and flakes easily and without much resistance. The flavor is rich and creamy, the belly taste of the tuna pulls through well together with the olive oil.
How to prepare: The tuna is ready to eat right out of the tin with minimum or nothing additional needed! That being said, they go best over a nice bed of hot piping rice, or tossed into some al dente cooked pasta. Don’t forget to finish off with a nice bottle of sake or Spanish wine on the side!
