La Brújula Sardines Fillets w/o Skin & Bone in Olive Oil – Filete De Sardina (LB36)

Description:  Our Spanish canned sardines in olive oil are caught sustainably in the famed Atlantic fishing grounds with traditional fishing gear. Each Sardine is specially selected by hand and individually cleaned by hand. They are individually debones and skinned, then brined and lightly steamed and roasted before being hand packed into their iconic La Brújula tins and sleeves.

Taste: The sardines are melt in your mouth and rich in flavour.

How to prepare: The Sardines are ready to eat right out of the tin with minimum or nothing additional needed! That being said, they go best over a nice bed of hot piping rice, or tossed into some al dente cooked pasta. Don’t forget to finish off with a nice bottle of sake or Spanish wine on the side!
