Description: Our Spanish Mackerels in olive oil are caught sustainably in the famed Atlantic fishing grounds with traditional fishing gear. Each Mackerel is specially selected by hand and individually cleaned by hand. They are then brined and lightly steamed and roasted before being hand packed into their iconic La Brújula tins and sleeves.
Taste: The mackerels are melt in your mouth and rich in flavour.
How to prepare: The mackerels are ready to eat right out of the tin with minimum or nothing additional needed! That being said, they go best over a nice bed of hot piping rice, or tossed into some al dente cooked pasta. Don’t forget to finish off with a nice bottle of sake or Spanish wine on the side!
