Koya Junmai Ginjo Dewa SanSan Sake hails from the famed 400 over year old Koya Sake Brewery, located in Okura village, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan.The sake is brewed from the sake rice “Dewa Rin” which is a very unique and special rice only found in the Yamagata region. This particular Junmai Ginjo sake that is soft and wide and is brwed and checked with the strictest screening standards. Our Dewasansan is very aromatic with a hint of citrus, orange, melon and custard. It has a very clean finish and with a rich and sharp aroma.
