Junsai is a specialty of Akita prefecture in Japan and is famed for its many healing properties. Junsai is extremely high in fibre and has antibacterial properties, this is why it is served in many famed Japanese restaurants world wide. It is also a wonder food for anti aging and beauty, Junsai helps to increase skin elasticity and smoothens out your complexion.
