Yume no Daichi piglets are raised on sustainable vegetable farms where there is careful management of the ecosystem. The manure from the livestock are carefully and slowly fermented to be used for fertilizers for the agriculture. This allows for farmers to use less artificial fertilizers. The result is a sustainable integrated system between livestock and agricultural farming.

Through careful feed, the Yume no Daichi Pork has a very clean and sweet taste with silky smooth fats. The fats have a low melting temperature leading to a melt in your mouth umami experience. To Defrost / To Store

- Leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours
- Leave under running water for 30min
- Do Not re-freeze after it has thawed and defrosted.
- Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
