High Quality Tajima No Akasu (High quality 3 year Aged Japanese Red Vinegar) -200ml
Tajima No Akasu, Japanese red Vinegar is made with the best rice harvested every year. it is then left to ferment naturally in the natural fermenting pots for at least 3 years. after this long period of ripening, the vinegar is further processed by manually removing excess water using an age old Japanese technique which lasts another 3 months.
This gives Tajima akasu its unique and special flavor and natural colour, it naturally changes colour as time passes from White to Light Brown, to dark brown and finally Red.
