Our High Quality Sushi Shoyu is made in the famous breweries of Mie prefecture, the shoyu is perfect for sushi, sashimi and chirashi. At the same time, we also recommend using our shoyu as a replacement of the normal soy sauce. This is because our shoyu packs a heavier punch in terms of flavor and is much cleaner, healthier and naturally brewed.
The Shoyu is naturally brewed in Mie without the use of artificial flavouring and chemicals, this brings about a smooth and refreshing taste that we have all come to love from Japanese Soy sauce.
