Our Asari Karatsuki Littleneck Clams  are carefully picked and flash frozen before being vacuum packed and shipped to Singapore. Asari or Littleneck clams are plump and full of meat, each clam is juicy and full of flavor. 

Gently cook the clams until they gently open and they are ready to eat! We recommend using this for your Vongole pasta recipe or seafood Paella, it also goes very well with soups and a simple garlic and butter stir fry.

To Defrost / To Store

1. 1. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours OR
   2. Leave under running water for 30min
   3. Do Not re-freeze after it has thawed and defrosted.
   4. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 days .
